COVA was founded in Hobart in 1979 on completion of the Hobart Private Hospital. We became known as one of the most prominent consulting teams in Tasmania for 20 years, before expanding to Sydney and Melbourne in 1998 and 2003 respectively.
COVA now have full-service design teams in each of these locations, offering the full suite of Building Services in each design office, servicing projects across Australia. This national structure is a key benefit for larger or particularly complex projects, as we can utilise staff from all states to boost local capacity, while maintaining the local knowledge needed to deliver projects smoothly.
