Dufry Duty Free Cambodia
Project scope
COVA provided construction management and commercial management for the duty-free stores in the departure lounges of Phnom Penh and Siem Reap international airports, managing operating equipment use and onsite safety compliance from inception to completion.
The renovation significantly increased Dufry's retail floor space. In Phnom Penh the expansion covered both arrivals and departures, doubling the retail space from 773 to 1,550 square metres; in Siem Reap the space tripled from 571 to 1,464 square metres.
