COVA Cambodia is a project management and commercial management (RICS registered quantity surveying) and engineering consultancy based in Phnom Penh. Established as COVA Cambodia in 2018, the practice has operated in Cambodia since 2010, delivering commercial management, project and construction management, advisory and engineering services for asset owners and developers across the Kingdom.

The team is led by Leila Rostom, COVA's Head of Commercial Management and Country Leader for Cambodia, from our office in Exchange Square in central Phnom Penh.

The 34 Cambodian projects featured on this site span retail, hospitality, residential, education and civic work, from the Chip Mong Megamall and Phnom Penh City Center to T Galleria by DFS in Siem Reap.

What we do in Cambodia

Four service lines, one appointed team

  • Commercial Management - RICS-regulated cost and commercial management (quantity surveying): cost planning, procurement, contract administration and final account.
  • Project & Construction Management - single-point management of scope, programme, cost and quality, from front-end planning through construction to handover.
  • Project Advisory - feasibility, and technical and financial due diligence before capital is committed.
  • Engineering - mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire design support.
