Project scope
COVA provides commercial management for The Khom, a 143-room hotel joining the Marriott Autograph Collection, within walking distance of Wat Botum, the Royal Palace and the Independence Monument.
The existing structure stood at ten floors when the client added four more, complicating the foundations and the structural and services design for lifts that had never originally been considered.

- Challenges Overcame
- Existing structure completed to 10 floors with the client requirement to add an additional 4 new floors. This complicated the existing foundation design as well as MEP and structural requirements for new elevators where previously none had been considered.
