Cambodia's first Marriott-branded hotel: a $35m USD, 233-room Courtyard by Marriott in Siem Reap, 15 minutes from the temples of Angkor Wat.
COVA managed construction for the Marriott Group, coordinating the multiple work-package contractors engaged before our appointment so each interfaced correctly with the others.
The resort offers all-day dining, a rooftop bar overlooking Angkor Wat, grand ballroom, outdoor pool, fitness centre and full-service spa.
