Project scope
Engaged by developer Fragrance Group under Xsquared Architects, and later novated to Hutchinson Builders, COVA delivered all building services for the new 296-room hotel: basement parking, ground-floor restaurant and retail, and a function centre and pool at level three.
It was the first hotel in Australia to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating, and the pool's HVAC integrates with the pool drainage to keep the view over the city clear at all times of day.
