Pattana Sports Resort, Early Works Project
Project scope
The project transformed an existing 27-hole golf course into a sporting and lifestyle destination, with five new food and beverage outlets, new sporting facilities and enhancements to the existing buildings.
COVA worked closely with the client from the outset, undertaking a feasibility study and presenting the findings to the family board. The role grew into commercial management, design management and project management of the first phase of the masterplan, integrating the client, consultants and contractors to protect the project vision.
