FCC Siem Reap Refurbishment and New Build
Project scope
COVA delivered project and construction management, commercial management and FF&E coordination for the full refurbishment and new-build annex of FCC Angkor, Siem Reap: 80 rooms across roughly 10,000 square metres.
The hotel occupies the former residence of the French Governor of Indochina. The property now offers two marble-tiled pools, a spa and wellness centre, meeting rooms, and The Mansion restaurant and bar serving locally sourced menus.
