COVA is governed through formal charters covering the board, risk, financial accountability and technology. All four are published below.

These charters set out how the board directs and controls the business: how decisions are made, how risk is managed, and how we hold ourselves accountable to clients, staff and partners.

The same discipline runs through our management systems. COVA is certified to ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental) and ISO 45001 (health and safety), our Cambodian practice is a RICS-registered firm, and we are pre-qualified under Australian Government schemes including the Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme.
