FCC Phnom Penh Refurbishment
Project scope
COVA delivered project and construction management, commercial management and FF&E coordination for the major renovation of FCC Phnom Penh: 35 new guest rooms and suites, a restaurant with atrium, sky bar overlooking the Bassac River, gym, pool, gallery and meeting room.
The French colonial Mansion on Sisowath Quay has been a gathering place since 1933, famously so for journalists through the Indo-Chinese conflicts. Four suites in the Mansion overlook the National Museum.
