COVA's Bangkok office, on Wireless Road in central Bangkok, delivers commercial management (quantity surveying), cost management and project management across Thailand.
COVA expanded into Thailand in 2019 through the acquisition of ACH Management, bringing decades of Thai quantity surveying and project delivery into the group, for hotels and resorts, retail, industrial, commercial and institutional clients.
The 66 Thai projects featured on this site include the Royal Orchid Sheraton refurbishment, the Pattana Sports Resort transformation and The Londoner brew pub, alongside a deep portfolio of hotel, industrial and commercial work for international brands.
What we do in Thailand
Four service lines, one appointed team
- Commercial Management - RICS-regulated cost and commercial management (quantity surveying): cost planning, procurement, contract administration and final account.
- Project & Construction Management - single-point management of scope, programme, cost and quality, from front-end planning through construction to handover.
- Project Advisory - feasibility, and technical and financial due diligence before capital is committed.
- Engineering - mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire design support.
