Exchange Square
Project scope
Exchange Square is a Grade A mixed-use tower in Phnom Penh's emerging financial district: 16 levels of office space over a four-level retail podium, about 39,700 square metres of office and retail space, with parking for 322 cars and 329 motorbikes.
COVA provided commercial management with pre-contract and post-contract cost control. It is our sixth completed project for Hongkong Land in Cambodia.
