Located off Phnom Penh Hanoi Friendship Boulevard in Sen Sok, Leedon Garden covers a site of 125,355 square metres: a proposed six-storey shopping mall of 36,280 square metres with a rooftop recreational clubhouse, a landed residential garden zone of 111,400 square metres of two to three-storey link houses, and two 12-storey condominium towers of 8,450 square metres, with external roadways, parking, landscaping and drainage.
COVA was awarded the pre-contract commercial management services, from early cost planning for the feasibility study through to the tendering stage.
