COVA delivered mechanical and electrical services for the greenfield mixed-use development: basement carparking, 9,000 square metres of retail including a Woolworths, mall, cafe and specialty retailers, a podium with 2,000 square metres of commercial office accommodation, and 152 apartments across seven floors over seven buildings.
