COVA provided project management and commercial management for the Chip Mong Megamall at the Landmark 271 development.
The mall runs four floors of retail with a cinema and food court across a 160,000-square-metre development, with 58,000 square metres of leasing area and parking for about 1,970 cars and 540 motorbikes.
