Project scope
COVA provided project management and tenancy fitout management for Aeon Mall 1, which opened in July 2014 as Phnom Penh's first western-style shopping mall and the largest in the city at the time: 190 outlets and three anchor tenants across 123,000 square metres, with a cinema, bowling alley and parking for 1,400 cars and 1,800 motorbikes.
Owned and managed by Aeon Mall Cambodia, it set the standard for the capital's later retail development.
