Project scope
AEON returned to COVA for its second Indonesian mall, opened in 2017 with more than 270 retail tenants, cinemas and ice skating facilities.
COVA managed the retail fitouts with post-opening support for every tenant. With COVA on board, 95% of tenants completed fitout and were trading on the mall's opening day.
