Project scope
COVA provides commercial management with pre-contract and post-contract cost control for Phnom Penh City Center (PPCC), Cambodia's first planned city project. Extensive value engineering held the development to budget through COVID-19 delays and design-change extensions of time.
The development comprises three towers of retail, offices and accommodation over a podium, with a media hub and the first data centre in central Phnom Penh, about 174,000 square metres in all.
