After 20 years in Mount Waverley, 7-Eleven, Starbucks and the Withers family moved to Church Street, Richmond, bringing 450 staff previously split between two buildings together across five floors.
COVA provided all building services for the brownfield 7,200-square-metre office development, with best practice sustainability initiatives benchmarked against the Green Star and WELL Gold rating systems.
