Project scope
COVA delivered building services for the major redevelopment, which retained the existing 12-floor structure and extended it to 18 floors: 54 apartments, three floors of commercial space and end-of-trip facilities.
COVA was further engaged for the $3m AUD fitout of the Redfern Police Station, covering 1,300 square metres of office accommodation, an armoury and other secure storage.
