Project scope
Following 10 Nexus Court, COVA delivered all building services for Nexus Corporate Building 1: a $90m AUD, five-storey, 47,250-square-metre commercial development by Salta Properties, designed by Gray Puksand.
Amenities include end-of-trip facilities with lockers and towel service, a rooftop garden and tennis court reached by a corkscrew stair, wifi hotspots, barbecue areas and a running track.
The building achieved a 5 Star Green Star Design & As Built v1.2 rating and 1 Star Fitwel, the first multi-tenant building in Australia to do so. COVA-designed features include a 100 kW solar system, electric vehicle charging, 84 kL of rainwater reuse for toilet flushing and irrigation, and fully electric building services. Cundall delivered the ESD services.
