Project scope
COVA delivered project and construction management and commercial management for the $20m USD renovation of T Galleria by DFS in Siem Reap: a two-storey, 8,000-square-metre renovation with 4,300 square metres of high-end duty-free retail.
Adjacent to the Angkor National Museum, the store carries 130 international brands across beauty, fashion, watches and jewellery, and local artisan products.
