Singapore Temple
Project scope
COVA provides real estate due diligence, commercial management (quantity surveying) and construction management - including design management - for the Singapore Temple for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, on the site of an existing Church meetinghouse. The project is now in construction.
One appointed team carries the project from site assessment through construction: due diligence before commitment, then cost and programme control on the owner's side through to completion.
