Project scope
COVA provided real estate due diligence for the Jakarta Temple in Indonesia for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, assessing an existing (brownfield) site before the project was committed. The temple is now in construction.
Due diligence is COVA's early-stage advisory discipline: a technical assessment of the site's conditions, services and constraints, made before capital is committed, so the owner enters construction with the site's risks known.
