Project scope
COVA's commission on the Naga Temple in the Philippines began with real estate due diligence on a greenfield site in Naga City, completed before the project was committed. Ground was broken on 8 August 2026, and COVA now provides commercial management (quantity surveying) and project & construction management through to completion.
Due diligence is COVA's early-stage advisory discipline: a technical assessment of the site's conditions, services and constraints, made before capital is committed, so the owner enters construction with the site's risks known.
