Temples across Asia-Pacific
COVA works with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on its temple programme across the region. The Phnom Penh Cambodia Temple, the Church's first in Cambodia, was completed in 2026 with COVA Cambodia providing construction and commercial management. The Singapore, Kaohsiung, Tacloban City, Tuguegarao City and Cagayan de Oro temples are in construction, with COVA providing quantity surveying, project management or construction management on the owner's side.
Earlier in the pipeline, COVA has carried out real estate due diligence for temple sites in Jakarta, Osaka, Port Moresby, Port Vila, Ulaanbaatar, Kampala and across the Philippines, with security and boundary protection assessments where the site demanded it. Assessing a site properly before commitment is where most of the risk in a religious building programme is retired.
Churches and community buildings
In Phnom Penh, COVA provided commercial management for the Anglican Church of Christ Our Peace: the redevelopment of a colonial villa site into an eight-storey building with a 300-seat sanctuary, multipurpose hall, education centre, guest house and the administrative centre for the Anglican Church of Cambodia.
Religious buildings carry meaning well beyond their floor area. Congregations fund them carefully, often over years, and expect finishes, acoustics and craftsmanship that ordinary commercial benchmarks do not capture. COVA's cost plans, procurement and reporting give building committees and church leadership a clear line of sight on budget and programme at every stage.
