What we do in Philippines
Four service lines, one appointed team
- Commercial Management - RICS-regulated cost and commercial management (quantity surveying): cost planning, procurement, contract administration and final account.
- Project & Construction Management - single-point management of scope, programme, cost and quality, from front-end planning through construction to handover.
- Project Advisory - feasibility, and technical and financial due diligence before capital is committed.
- Engineering - mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire design support.
