Singapore is COVA Group's global headquarters. COVA opened in Singapore in 2019 and established its current office in 2023, at 1 Scotts Road in the heart of the city.
From Singapore, COVA provides project management, commercial management (quantity surveying) and advisory services, and connects clients to the group's delivery teams across Southeast Asia and Australia.
What we do in Singapore
Four service lines, one appointed team
- Commercial Management - RICS-regulated cost and commercial management (quantity surveying): cost planning, procurement, contract administration and final account.
- Project & Construction Management - single-point management of scope, programme, cost and quality, from front-end planning through construction to handover.
- Project Advisory - feasibility, and technical and financial due diligence before capital is committed.
- Engineering - mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire design support.
