COVA delivered all building services on the original Hobart Private Hospital, now a seven-storey, 146-bed hospital owned by Healthscope.
Since the initial construction COVA has delivered four new theatres, CSSD, angiography and radiology suites, an emergency unit, a maternity ward, a critical care unit and, most recently, the complete central chiller plant replacement.
