Project scope
COVA supported Hindmarsh's design and construct delivery of Macquarie University's Integrated Medical Research Hub: a major refurbishment of 2 Innovation Road for the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research, the respiratory and sleep health research institute.
The works covered a complete facade replacement, a new mechanical system, medical gas systems and the specialty fitout of sleep labs, PC2/BC2 labs and associated workplaces, achieving a 5 Star Green Star rating.
