Project scope
On the corner of Angkor Boulevard and Street 1003 in Sensok City, Phnom Penh, the Leedon Heights condominium is a proposed residential development. Phase 2 comprises two residential towers, Tower 6 and Tower 8, above a four-storey motorbike parking podium and two basement carparking levels.
Tower 6 runs from level 6 to level 21, with facilities on level 5 and a swimming pool at level 6; Tower 8 runs from level 5 to level 24. External works include hardscape walkways and a volleyball court. Substructure works are underway.
