Project scope
COVA provided construction management and commercial management for Building 1, and construction management, commercial management and FF&E supply for Building 2, of Central Mansions, a luxury serviced apartment development owned and managed by Hongkong Land.
Designed for both short and long stays, the apartments range from studios to three-bedroom residences and a penthouse. Each building has its own swimming pool, with a shared fitness centre, restaurant and children's play area, in easy reach of central Phnom Penh's international schools, shopping centres, medical facilities and embassies.
