COVA provided project and construction management and commercial management for Embassy Residences, developer Urbanland's first condominium development, in Phnom Penh's residential Tonle Bassac embassy district.
The 85 residential units offer open-concept floor plans and modern interiors, with a rooftop pool, fitness centre and children's playroom, a short drive from the restaurants and shopping of BKK1.
