Project scope

COVA delivered design engineering for the 30-unit affordable housing development on a brownfield site in Moonah: Tasmania's first 5 Star Green Star Multi-Residential certification, with each unit designed to 7 to 8 star energy ratings and supported by solar hot water, a photovoltaic system and rainwater harvesting. The result set a new benchmark for sustainable social housing.
