Project scope
COVA (previously SEMF) designed the hydraulic and fire services for the $450m AUD Rouse Hill Town Centre: commercial, food and entertainment space, Woolworths, Coles, Target, Big W, cinemas, a transport interchange, more than 100 apartments, a library and community building, and over 200 specialty stores.
The centre was built around best-practice sustainability for its time, including rainwater harvesting and cooling-tower bleed water recycling and reuse.
