Callington Mill Distillery & Restaurant
Project scope
Callington Mill was COVA's first greenfield distillery and launched our distillery work nationally. We delivered all building services, including the hazardous-area safety systems, interfacing with Riskon Industrial Risk Engineers.
The design captures waste heat from the distillation process, cutting chiller load and repurposing the heat for hydronic floor heating.
