Project scope
Between Salamanca Place and St David's Park in Hobart's waterfront district, Salamanca Mews provides self-contained luxury suites close to the city's best attractions. Three low-level blocks host townhouses and penthouse apartments with views of parkland, mountain and harbour, plus a common plaza, health club facilities, basement parking and keycard security.
COVA fitted the swimming pool, one of the site's most attractive assets, with a dehumidifier system that addresses water and heating requirements while controlling humidity.
