COVA designed and documented all engineering services (mechanical, electrical, communications, hydraulic, structural, lifts, medical gas and fire protection) for the $15m AUD five-storey extension: an additional theatre floor with two theatres, recovery, staff facilities, NICU and SCU, a pain management unit, a procedures theatre and general administration, served by a new rooftop plant.
