COVA delivered mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services for the boutique four-storey apartment development: 20 apartments in total, including four new apartments within the heritage-listed Roxburgh House and Scotch College, a penthouse, and a ground floor retail tenancy now housing Lexus's Hobart showroom.
