Project scope
COVA delivered mechanical, hydraulic and fire services for the two-stage, $50m AUD aged care redevelopment: 90 beds in stage one and a further 32 in stage two, arranged in small households of seven to eight beds.
The households open onto a three-storey glazed atrium, and the ground floor is arranged as a working public street with a grocer, cafe, library, chapel and activity areas for social connection.
