COVA provided project and construction management and commercial management for The Amber Resort, the first luxury five-star resort in Kampot province.
Twenty-five villas, each with its own plunge pool, sit on a two-hectare riverbank site. The masterplan uses three module types clustered like traditional fishing villages, with a facilities building with spa and pool lounge, a community pool and a jetty across to Kampot town.
