The three low-level blocks at Salamanca Mews play host to townhouses and penthouse apartments and owe their popularity to views of the parkland, mountain and harbour as well as a close proximity to the city centre. The development also features a common plaza, health club facilities, basement parking and key card security access.
One of the siteâ€™s most attractive assets, the swimming pool, is a powerful draw card for prospective tenants. COVA fitted the swimming pool with an innovative de-humidifier â€“ a feature that addresses water and heating requirements while controlling humidity levels.
Other services provided included a range of mechanical engineering services across the site, including centralised ventilation systems for the en suite, kitchen exhaust and car park. We also designed and installed the developmentâ€™s air conditioning system to maximise ventilation and airflow throughout the busy health club.
COVA engineered each of these systems in line with residential noise restrictions.
