Following the success of the first AEON Mall in Jakarta, AEON Mall BSD City, COVA once again partnered with AEON and Sinarmas Land to develop the second AEON Mall, AEON Mall Garden City, with the grand opening held in 2017.
2015 - 2017
As AEON Mall’s first independent shopping mall, the complex occupies 165,000 square meters of space on a 85,000 square meter block of land.
The mall contains over 270 retail tenants including sub-anchor tenants of CGV Blitz Cinemas, ice skating facilities, a Ferris Wheel, Fanpekka (Finnish theme park for children) and over 3000 parking spaces.
COVA were once again enlisted to manage all retail tenant fit-outs including post-opening support for all tenants for a further three months.
With COVA onboard, 95% of retail tenants achieved complete fit-out and were ready for trade on the mall’s opening day.
