COVA were involved in the construction of a commercial building in Melbourne, Australia consisting of 3 basement carpark levels and 6 levels with over 8000m2 of commercial office space.
The fitout included electrical and lighting automation, mechanical and hydraulic services, and wet and dry fire services. Access to rooftop recreational services were also created.
