COVA has been engaged to provide mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and sustainability services for The Colliery, a revitalisation of the historic Paxton Colliery site.
The scope covers heating, cooling and ventilation strategies, site-wide power and lighting design, and hydraulic services connecting to existing infrastructure, along with fire services, metering and sustainable building fabric assessments.
