Project scope
The Youth 2 Independence Campbell Street project reimagines social housing for young adults: accommodation interwoven with community hub support, social activities and lifelong learning opportunities.
Rising five storeys above an underused concrete podium covering two levels of carparking, Y2I reclaims wasted urban space and turns it into an activated contribution to the city. COVA provided building services for the entire project, a development that demonstrates a progressive approach to affordable housing.
