Project scope
The Tasmanian Government worked with Housing Choices Tasmania to deliver a 65-unit expansion of the Queens Walk social housing complex in Cornelian Bay, Hobart.
The apartments are designed in line with the Livable Housing Design Guidelines, with wide passageways, step-free access and accessible showers. COVA was engaged to deliver the building engineering services.
