COVA was engaged at the feasibility and concept stage for works at Emirates One & Only Wolgan Valley, the luxury conservation resort set beneath the sandstone escarpments of the Wolgan Valley, within the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area in New South Wales.
The resort's buildings occupy less than 2% of its conservation reserve, and on opening it became the first resort in the world to be certified carbon-neutral.
