COVA delivered Mechanical, Electrical Hydraulic and Fire Services for the 11,000sqm $40M greenfield Large Format Retail Centre completed in 2022.
COVA were engaged by Frasers Property alongside i2C, and novated to Managing Contractor Hacer Group.
The project included 5 Star Green Star Certification, 2 x pad sites (McDonald’s & KFC), Café, Officeworks, Anaconda and 17 x large format retail tenancies
