Located on the corner of Angkor Boulevard and Street 1003, Sensok City in Phnom Penh, the Leedon Heights Condominium is a proposed residential development. The Phase 2 building works comprises two residential towers (Tower 6 and Tower 8), with a four-storey motorbike parking podium and two levels of basement carparking. The project consists of: • Podium with a four-storey motorbike parking and two-storey basement carparking, • Tower 6 – from Level 6 up to Level 21, including Level 5 with facilities, Lower Roof and Lift Overrun, • Tower 8 – from Level 5 up to Level 24, including Lower Roof and Lift Overrun • Swimming Pool – located at Level 6 at Tower 6 • External works – Hardscape walkways and Volleyball court. Presently the substructure works in underway.
